Little Briar Rose Gets Princess Update

Video games can be inspired by just about anything, as long as your imagination can make it something real and special. For Little Briar Rose, it was a game inspired by the Sleeping Beauty story, and beautifully rendered in stain glass visuals.

“An ancient legend, a cursed castle surrounded by brambles, a forest inhabited by funny enchanted creatures and a sweet princess sleeping in it. And, obviously, a fearless prince! This is what Little Briar Rose is made out of. In this particular stained glass-styled graphic adventure the player will help a whole dynasty of princes complete their quest. Be careful though, many will try, but only one shall prevail!”

But, just as games can be inspired by them, it’s up to the game developers to introduce fun twists on the game as well. And in the latest update for Little Briar Rose, the game has had a role-reversal. Or more accurately, a gender role reversal! As the game now has a Mighty Princess Update, where you take control of a group of princesses, who have to go save a prince!

The update is available now, along with the regular game, on Steam.
