Kill Boksoon is a South Korean Netflix original action thriller. With great admiration, I must share that Sung-hyun Byun, the virtuoso director and writer behind the prodigious thriller Kill Boksoon. He has previously graced the silver screen with his creative talents in the form of enthralling masterpieces like “The Merciless” and “Kingmaker“.

It stars the least expected actress to play an assassin, Jeon Do-yeon. Most Western fans may remember her from the Kdrama “Crash Course in Romance.” She is the last actress I expected to accept a role like this. Good Lord! She is killing this role, pun intended, with flying colors.
