Get Your Corrupted Creature Playmats On Kickstarter
Looking for a playmat that strikes FEAR in the hearts of man? Want the kind of RPG session where you can intimidate your opponents from your very first action, simply by placing the mat down? Artist Ben Templesmith has something for you.
They’re called Corrupted Creature Playmats, and in the words of Ben, they darken up the room with “tainted angels, sullied merfolk, fouled elves, perverse dragons, and twisted demons.” Each mat measures 14″ by 24″.
Corrupted Creature Playmats aren’t just for tabletop RPGs — you can use ’em to eat your lunch on, or simply display the art on your wall. If you spill something on it, they’re machine washable and stain resistant. And smaller sizes are available to be used as mouse pads.
The Corrupted Creature Playmat Kickstarter is currently active. Get a Corrupted Creature mouse pad for a $20 pledge. Get a playmat for $40, or a super-sized deskmat for $60. Donate $180 to receive the Corrupted Collection, which contains a full set of Creature Playmats with Templesmith art, along with guest pieces by Nolan Nasser and Alan Quah.
Currently Templesmith is offering five unique playmat designs, but if the stretch goals are met, two additional mats could be added. Right now the campaign is three-fifths of the way toward its funding goal with 17 days to go. Donate at this link and add some grotesqueries to your next gaming session.
