Zeo was better than Mighty Morphin..

The would make her say that. It's a commercial, they're meant to hype up about how much better they are. Even if PR Zeo was not better than MMPR they're not gonna just go "oh it's not as good as it used to be".

Zeo's got nostalgia, plus the best cast (Jason, Tommy, Adam, AND Billy), superior writing, and the advantage of years of continuity.

It's also the first time since the first season that Saban got everything right!

100% Ohranger (heroes, mecha, etc.), not mixing the Zyurangers with the mecha of other Super Sentai heroes, as was the case with Dairanger and Kakuranger (which they managed to get right with the Alien Rangers).

Zeo definitely set the pace for all series to come.

That's not getting it wrong. That's doing your own thing. See, I sense you're more of a proponent of these newer seasons where they swap the cast out every year.

A lot of people support that, but I can't. I'm sure there are all sorts of reasons why Power Rangers should 100% adapt Sentai...but to me when it does that? It's just an imitation of Super Sentai. Not it's own thing, which is what the years up to Lost Galaxy managed.

Yes...yes...yes. I'm glad somebody else thought this besides me.

I'm gonna turn the serious switch on this thread for sec.

When I saw Zeo, and as i'm re-watching it now. I can't help but say, this is what PR really is. The show was steady, and never dropped. They really emphasized how Powerful the ZeoRangers where, it felt like a new beggining, but for some already known heroes. Like Saban had a do-over.

Sage, I feel Zeo is iconic too, but honestly my friends can't remember Zeo for ****, but they remember Mighty Morphin. At least off the top of their head I mean.
