Kind of an strange topic, but my favorite is probably Hideyuki Hori, who did the voice for Ryu Hayabusa in Ninja Gaiden and the Dead Or Alive games.

Dunno what you mean by that but, I guess alot of Asian girls have really nice and cute voices. JPop Singers. Too many to list so I'll just make a short list of Singing Asian girls!!
