They do if you read the item descriptions and see if the seller is willing to ship internationally.

The site is mostly geared for the English speaking in Japan but I have a feeling sellers are gonna take advantage of it and go international.

i would assume it's the same as ebay

even though a good majority is open to shipping abroad.. u have to read to make sure they really are going to before you buy

that aspect is the same as old yahoo auctions
and i doubt it's going to change all that much

90% of all the auctions there I noticed DO so I doubt there'll be a problem.
