It's Judgement Time!
Lol! Its ok. my rant probably would have provoked more arguments than good. Basically, what I said what "You shouldnt be ashamed to be an American even if you dont like the president". There will be war and we wont always agree with each other on war. What should be done. How it should be done. Why. But, no matter what happens we shouldnt be ashamed to live in a great country like america.
You know, not every president has been liked. Bush's term will end and we can vote a new president. Hopefully one that more people can like in the end. But really, its not about Bush and Blair right now. Its about those victims in London who got attacked for no reason.
you see, that's dangerous. Nukes are the most powerful force in the world right now. They are beyond destructive. Imagine for a minute, if you will:
You say, screw it! Nuke them before they get us again!
But now stop... Put that mentality in the minds of the Terrorists. Or the chinese. Or the Koreans. Or Japan. Or UK. What if they said that.
"****. We better nuke THEM before they get us!"
We would all be dead. If US just nuked carelessly at their enemies, that puts fear into other countries. They think
"If they nuked them, whats to stop them from nuking us? We should nuke them before they nuke us!"
And we have a mass nuklear war and the end of civilization. Nukes arent the answer. Carelessly planting the Bomb on our enemies may trigger a new war that we wont be able to stop.
Just a thought.
