Worst Heisei era Kamen Rider series

Kabuto, cause its like the Gundam seed of Kamen rider.

Kiva, I can't get into it and keeps reminding me of Den-O

I don't "hate" any of them, but there are some I like more than others, and there are things in particular I like/dislike about each show. Like Kingranger, I look for the things I like about each show, and so far each one I've watched has given me at least one reason to keep watching to the end.

I've seen every Heisei series except Kuuga so far, and while there are a couple of them in particular that stand out as better shows, there's not a single one I didn't like. But that's just me though... my standards are pretty low, so I'm not that picky. Things like bad acting and stuff I usually don't even notice most of the time. :169:

I really tried to like it, but I absolutely can't stand Kiva. The characters, with the sole exception of Nago, are so irritating that I can't even stand listening to them talk.

The only thing that I'm willing to give this show is that Nago/IXA is pretty awesome. Seriously, why isn't he the main protagonist?

Am I the only one surprised at Agito being listed as the worst?
No, but not entirely because I've seen people who say Agito sucks because Shoichi was apparently very effeminate (only women do housework, grocery shopping, and the cooking you know). Those people must not have seen the shows that came after it...:shakefist

But I'm not going to defend the series, the people who like it know how awesome it is. That's all that matters. And really that's the same for every show, no matter how much one might disagree.

Like how Kabuto sucks hard monkey balls and Tendou gets his Rider cawk ridden undeservedly harder than any other Rider cawk. :P But the Kabuto fans like the Tendou cawk so it's all good.

Kamen Rider Kabuto started to see signs of going downhill when Yaguruma, the only "side" Rider that could've contributed a fuckload to the plotline, got the boot and they made Kageyama become a Rider (though, that was Hidenori Tokuyama's fault because he was busy with other work). The first 8 episodes or so were great and had the potential to have a well-constructed story similiar to Agito (but not better, of course :P), but because the producers hired actors that couldn't have been committed to the series 100% and the writers being unable to use their brains and lead the series in the right direction due to the barbaric Bandai smacking their skulls with the Perfect Zector, Kabuto will forever remain a hopeless dream that never happened.

Den-O
The Plot of Faiz
Everything but the designs of Kabuto and Tsurugi's Death
So I guess I hate Kamen Rider Den-Fabuto
Weird how I only hate Kiriya in Hibiki.

Den-O, because of

1. the terrible actors and annoying actresses
2. boring plot
3. no real action
4. dramaturgically a complete disaster
5. ugly character-design
6. endless location-recycling
7. really bad CG effects
8. stupid counterparts and main-villain
9. tiring script-writing
10. stupid slapstick humor

I was very disappointed from it. :disappoin
Is it even a Rider series? Not rather a Biker? :sly:

QFT

I generally share the same view point as you. For example it bothered me a lot that in Den-o whenever a bystander was killed there was no huge....repercussion or weight behind it.

Of course that isn't as bad as Kabuto final episode where I was basically yelling "hyper CLOCK UP already!" during the final fight.

.....unless there was a reason that I missed that they couldn't clock up..... :disappoin

I can empathise with most of the criticism for Den-O even when I don't agree with it, but... Terrible actors? What the ****? Most people have agreed that Takeru Sato showed great talent in the series, at least compared to a lot of other tokusatsu, and the voice actors were good too.
