An American soldier who was captured by the Nazis and experimented on to become the perfect soldier, having his body augmented with mechanical systems and brainwashed.
For a while he served the Nazis alongside other augmented soldiers, but broke free of their control after having killed a woman who reminded him of his girlfriend. Now he aids the Allies in defeating the Nazis and stop them performing similar experiments on others.
He rides a stolen Nazi motorcycle with the swastika scratched out, and his belt uses technology similar to Ichigo's belt as well as Tesla coil technology.
Aside from the Rider Kick, he would be able to use all kinds of guns as would a normal soldier in World War 2, but with increased accuracy. Hope you like.
