Who are you kidding? England have played disgustingly every game in this cup. It's typical the people blame the ref. We can never admit that we were in the wrong or that our team is at fault unless there's absolutely nowhere else to pin the blame. And then the English wonder why other countries have so much hate towards us, it's because of our attitude. As if we are a superior nation, which we are most definately not. [/rant]

Sure we played bad, but the ref needs to go to Specsavers - so does the ref in the Argentina match who didn't spot the offside. All three are academic anyway, as the 1966 result was 4-2 (so England would've still beat West Germany), Argentina still won, and Germany won by three goals yesterday, not just one.:disappoin
