Why the SnyderVerse Resurrection Is a Fantasy

I think it’s hilarious how some people act like Netflix buying Warner Bros. suddenly changes everything. The article hits it perfectly: Netflix doesn’t care about undoing cancellations. Rebel Moon? Dead. Army of the Dead? Dead. Any notion that Snyder gets a free reign now is just fantasy. Even if he came back, so many of the original cast aren’t available or interested. It’s a sunk ship. Fans need to accept it and move on.

I bet the Snyder Bros are going to swarm the Supergirl trailer with dislikes as soon as it drops. Honestly, it’s almost predictable at this point. They act like the internet is some battleground they have to win, screaming about conspiracies and cancellations, but in reality, most of them are probably still living with their parents and treating social media outrage as a full-time job. It’s wild how invested some people get in a universe that’s already over, while the rest of us are just trying to enjoy movies that are actually being made.

From my perspective, some fans are just throwing money at hashtags and merchandise and hoping it’ll change reality. That’s not how the film industry works. The SnyderVerse had its moment with the SnyderCut, and it didn’t translate into long-term success. Netflix is focused on projects that actually perform and have a future. Trying to revive something purely for nostalgia ignores the business side of things. I’m more interested in seeing original stories that move forward rather than clinging to the past.

Now, they are currently attacking the Supergirl poster on X's former Twitter, which is so ridiculous, accusing it of woke. What's woke about it? And do they even know the meaning of woke?
