Let me tell you young 'uns a little story about a lady named Anne Rice...

Anne Rice at least knows how to write vampire stories, and if someone got obsessed with them because of the Vampire Chronichles, all was good, because it was good literature, and they weren't wasting their time.
Same goes to anyone who got into it via Darren Shan.

Today, we have screaming fangirls who like a vampire as much as they like a disney teen star.
