Technically there's already a thread for this, as well as the video being already posted.
However, it should be noted, that this "teaser" is from the really early stages of production, as in "pre-pilot" and is still in the stage for heavy fine tuning, both of which is why it's been given a planned release date of late 2012 and is referred to in the video as a "mutation in progress," so judging on the quality of the CGI at this stage is a little presumptuous.
They just wanted to toss something fresh out of the concept stages to prove it is being made, such as the basic idea and some form of visual representation, and thus can be lined up with the various "new" shows Nickelodeon is announcing and intending to host in the coming year or two in their most recent press releases.

I know there is all ready a thread for this, but shitty CGI? I actually kind of like it, even if this is just a pre-production teaser. But ultimately, it's the story that counts. I am hoping for a story as good as the last animated series, but really, anything respectful to the franchise would be leagues above that god aweful CGI Turtles movie.
