Why do people complaining about The Matrix's sequels?

then you have to give a legitimate example to back up what you are saying. You can't just say you hate the writing, acting, or whatever unless you have instances where these things fail or weaken; otherwise it's just a generic complaint you could attach to ANY movie, whether you saw it or not.

When I complain about anything, I try to be constructive. Will these measures change my mind about how I feel about movies? Will these approaches change the minds of others? Probably not, but I'd rather be more constructive than a dog barking at the moon.

Yeah you can say those things. It's nice for people to say why, but they have no obligation to explain why they hated those aspects of a movie.

I didn't have a problem with all the sequels. Were they better than the original? Nope. But they were decent sequels in my opinion. Revolutions was messy, but Reloaded certainly isn't all bad. It certainly does deviate from its Man vs Machine plot, by introducing the Merovingian and Seraph and somehow adding philosophical aspect of the Matrix, but I liked it. Revolutions...was...the last battle was kinda sour. Too much bullet time. Some of the fight was truly great. But the whole 'punching through rain drops' thing was kinda overused.

And plus, different strokes for different folks.
