Why are there 3 different Garo Blu-Rays?

Why are there three different versions of the Garo movie Blu-Ray coming out? Or is it just the movie? One is called Kiba and one is called the Complete Box Set. Does this mean they are bringing the series out as well and Kiba is just the series while the Complete set is the series and the movie?

Kiba Ankoku Kishi Gaiden - As mentioned by FK, a side story of Kiba, who was the final villain in GARO season 1
