Who is R1's Suit actor?

I'm really impressed with the emotion this guy puts into the character. He kinda reminds me of Hiroshi Maeda (TyrannoRanger/MMPR Red-PRWF Red).

Watch his movements in Ep 5 of Rescue Force and then watch PRiS "Countdown to Destruction". It's uncanny.

As far as I know, he hasn't had a main suit role before.

I wouldn't be shocked if Toei picked him as as Red Senshi for 2009+.
