Who else is working Boxing day?

I am, my shift is 3 AM till 1 PM....

Not working it, but I unfortunately am not going to be able to partake in the Boxing Day shopping this year. My friends (specifically, the wife) who just had a baby son last month scheduled his Christening ceremony for, you guessed it, Boxing Day. When I asked her what could have possibly possessed her to pick THAT specific day, she innocently (and honestly) replied..."Do you think people are going to be busy on that day?"
[/facepalm]

Suffice it to say she's been completely sheltered from the wondrous phenomenon that is "Boxing Day Shopping" (which, for any non-Canadians out there, is like our version of the American post-Thanksgiving "Black Friday" shopping spree).

And no, I can't skip out on the Christening, seeing as how I'm one of the Godfathers. :shakefist:
