at least with the rangers it would be a quick death.

plus being evil is so much fun, you get to command an army, have an awesome looking base of operations, get to come up with new ways of getting the good guys.:thumbs:

The mad scientist Dr. Who (Hideyo Amamoto) from King Kong Escapes
 


Just because watching this choad blow up from a Rider Kick would make me smile. Though he's really more monster-of-the-week material.
