Which was the better tribute show-KR Decade or Gokaiger?

I personally enjoyed the World of Blade's setting and premise more than KR Blade's lack-there-of. Also, Souji is 100 times easier to like than Tendou.

Decade is better in the action department, but I think Gokaiger is the better tribute series by far. What holds back decade a little I think is that they didn't take the proper time to make Decade something more then the gimmick of his ability to change into the different Heisei Riders, something that Gokaiger took the time to do.

The blade world was like the other DCD worlds. A jumble of nonsense. That entire corporate structure thing was just a joke IMO. Blade the tv series had a very easy to see and follow premise. How can you say it didn't? Could you please explain that one a bit more?

You hardly got to know Tendou in the Kabuto world in DCD. :/

It's because most of us wanted to see the actual cast members return. The fact that the multiverse was in chaos would have rendered it acceptable that they would have their powers regardless of the plots of their own shows. At least I would have accepted it. The AU route was simple laziness. If Toei could get one person from every Sentai ever in Gokaiger, Tsuburaya can continually get Ultraman alumni back, and Toei could get the casts of Hibiki and Den-O back (which goes against the idea of AUs because why would they get them but not anyone else?), there is no reason to believe they couldn't have put some effort into getting back people from each Heisei show.

What's Blade's premsie? Let me stare at a computer until it beeps and then I go fight monsters. You can forget about me for several episodes and follow a bunch of a bunch of plotlines that are not going to go anywhere because I'll be doing this until the last leg of series.

The World of Blade on the other hand, in only two episodes, showed an arrogant character being brought down to the ground and, as he tries to crawls his way back up, realizes how messed up the system is.

But we saw his actions throughout the two episodes. Unlike the godmodding Tendou, Souji did had a problem that he could not overcome and has to deal with the consequences. While stuck in Clock Up he still protects his sister, that mean he spent what must have felt as years all alone, simply watching over his sister.

If you don't like blade hey cool. But come on, the story and premise of the show is right there. You either really didn't watch it, pay attention to it, or you are using "no premise" as a false way to express your hate of it. I mean that's fine if that is what you are doing, but no one can say blade has no story/premise and be correct.

I couldn't stand the Kabuto world, but it at least had a cool villain in it. Unlike the Kabuto tv series.

I paid attention to Blade that's how I realized that in several episodes of the show, Kenzaki's involvement amounted to: 1st. Reaction shot to the Undead finder. 2nd. Quick fight.

Exactly. Toei managed to get one cast member from all the 34 previous Super Sentai series to make cameo appearances. Why couldn't they do that for Kamen Rider Decade? Shoot, we've seen many KR alumni pop up in Super Sentai eventually too. Takumi's actor (Faiz) appeared in Go-Onger. Tendou's actor appeared in J-Dramas but I heard he got married and retired. Many more KR alumni appeared in other media so I'm sure they could've come back for one more cameo appearance. That was what failed Decade. What was the explanation for it being only 31 episodes anyways? So they can start Double/W when the kids go back to school?

It was never Toei intention to get back any of the past main actors for Decade. It's just that the fandom assumed that they'll be back. Besides some of them didn't want to come back period or were busy with other projects at that time. Originally they wanted to get them back for the summer movie but that fell through.

Sentai was more easier since they were more than just one main actor. But if you look at the whole thing, the kids could care less if the older actors return or not. Since they only care more about seeing the current hero fighting along side the past one.
