Which one should I watch next? Kabuto or Kiva?

"Kiva" had some great episodes (like the more IXA focused ones), though also some really bad ones as well (that plot twist ending with the mother was horrid and unnecessary). It ended up falling into the 'meh' category for me.
"Kabuto" I literally quit watching. It's literally "No Reasoning: The Series." It had no clue what tone it wanted, the villains were unbelievably bland, the million Riders were not necessary at all, the protagonist was WAY too overpowered, the only likable Rider was pushed to the back of the roster, and it eventually just became a total chore to watch. Clock up was cool... For a few fights. Then it literally became "Look how powerful Kabuto is! No one can beat him!" That ruins any sense of dread and threat, making it all feel dull.

Personally i really like Kiva, it is an odd show and it could probably work better with a different non-kamen-rider-related name, but it is quite entertaining; the beginning and end of the show are a bit weak, but it is pretty solid for the most, and the Two time lines gimmick is cleverly used at times.
Kabuto is kind of a gritty, serious Kamen Rider show that kind of lost its way midway through. In my opinion the drama is quite enjoyable and the storylines can be quite engaging, it just that most of them fall apart towards the end of the show. For what is worth, the Scorpio worm story line is actually quite good.
So if you want an entertaining oddball of a show, watch kiva, if you want a serious take on the KR formula sprinkled with some interesting concepts, go for Kabuto.

Kabuto. Just be prepared to be disappointed in the second half of the show. Too many good ideas was wasted or left unexplained.

I may hold on my plan for a little while because Garo 3 actually fits all of my requirements XD and I am also watching Garo 3 now...
But as a rider fan, eventually I will watch them all, but may be in the order Kiva->Hibiki->Kabuto->Den-o
The reason I choose Kiva:
1)it seems like the main hero at least in the first couple episodes makes an attempt (intentional or not) to hide the identity, which makes it a bit more realistic ??
2)Inoue? (after watching the 40th anniversary movie featuring ooo, I give up any hope on Shoji Yonemura's abiity...spoiler alert )

3. Kiva has romance, which is sort of new (does Hibiki has romance also?)
4. seems like kabuto has the most amount of plot holes compared to other (Hibiki, Kiva, and Den-o)
Once again, thanks for everyone's input....Hibiki seems also a good choice, but I would like to choose the one that looks more like a rider first (I know I am incredibly hollow, and that's why originally I was choosing between Kabuto and Kiva)

Both? I personally really like Kiva for it's themes, the sync storytelling of 2 eras, the cast and their characters for the most part, and the Rider designs are beautiful.
Kabuto I honestly don't remember a damn thing, lol but I do know I didn't hate it.
If I were in your position I would just watch the series for sheer knowledge. Just to know why people like/dislike it and get a feel for myself of how it is; and just more power to you in terms of knowing the franchise better, how the director in this series worked, what the producers were going for, inconsistencies/vice versa, etc.
