I'm going with The Dark Knight, then Batman Begins and in 3rd comes Batman Returns.

I voted for The Dark Knight, but second for me would be "Batman Returns" because I had the hots for Catwoman as a kid, and then it would be "Batman Forever" and "Batman" tied for third.

Personally I liked Subzero more than Mask of the Phantasm. Then it again it might just be because Mr. Freeze is my all time favorite Super villain.
