Where Can I Find Windows Aero? [solved]

So I'm looking for a program called Windows Aero thats supposed to come with Vista. I had to reformat my computer, and when I did, Aero didnt download with it. Anyone know here I can find it?

What type of Vista do you have?

Aero is not a program, it's the interface built in to Vista/7.

It gives the features such as the "glass" look and the transparency.

Its cool. I fiddled with the regedit a bit and it popped up. Thanks anyway guys.
