When You Say “Miss Granny”, I Ask ~ Which One?

I’ve made it my mission to watch every version of Miss Granny because it’s just that good. So far, I’ve seen the Korean original, the Filipino remake, and the Vietnamese adaptation, and each one brought something new to the table. The Korean version set the bar high with its mix of humor and heart, while the Filipino version felt deeply relatable with its focus on family. The Vietnamese version surprised me with how they localized the humor and music—it really worked! Now, I’m looking for the Thai and Chinese versions next, and I’ve heard even Germany and Mexico made their own takes. It’s fascinating how this story resonates across so many cultures, and I love seeing the unique touches each country adds.

I heard the American remake will be African American perspective. So the American Miss Granny will probably Idolize a different actress instead of Audrey Hepburn.
I'm American and I am not interested in the American remake. I often like the Asian remakes of an America film and TV show. But I usually don't like it the other way around. By the way, in one of Whitney Houston's videos (I'm Your Baby Tonight”), she dressed up like Audrey Hepburn, hairstyle and clothing. It was a memorable scene from the movie "Sabrina" (1954). Both the movie and the music video are ICONIC!
