What would you name the "K" in K-Touch?

It's supposed to be for "keitai", the Japanese word for "cell phone". Because it looks like a touchscreen phone.

I also thought the "K" stood for Keitai but actually "Kamen" would make more sense considering it looks more like a PDA than a cell phone.
