What is you favorite Rpg Series ?

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is where I really started to appreciate and understand rpgs as a whole. This was the first rpg where I know I've clocked in 80 hours, the second being Digital Devil Saga.

I would say its a tie between .hack and Persona. Both hold the same drop-what-your-doing effect when I hear the names.

 

[Fantasy Leader]

Final Fantasy series (pre-XIII). My top favorites are VI, IX, and X.

Pokemon (all five generations). And Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

Earthbound and Mother 3.

Paper Mario (N64) and Paper Mario: Thousand Years Door.

Currently playing (haven't beaten yet) and enjoying a lot: Chrono Trigger and Persona 4.

Sadly my favorite RPG is Skies of Arcadia and there's never been a second installment.

Runner up would be Legend of Zelda.

Maaaaaaan. Skies of Arcadia is a game I want more of. I don't know what it is about it... but knowing we're not gonna get a sequel makes this guy sad.
