What if they switched sides?

Just been thinking about the new Gen Toku series..

Kamen Rider is usually the more serious J-Drama style type..

Sentai is usually more humourous than Kamen Rider..

So.. what would possibly happen if they like Swapped Sides, and had Sentai as the more dark hearted serious one and Kamen Rider as the light hearted one. (if ya know what I mean).

Anybody think this would work? Me? I wouldn't mind seeing a more dark hearted Sentai that would go the same direction as the New-Gen Kamen Riders..

No clue, he should've changed it to "Yellow Fever Ranger".

And if this reformating were the case we'd have the same thing we get now for Sentai than for Kamen Rider; lack of character development, crappy storylines, probably even shorter and shittier fights; a big waste of time. Kamen Rider would end up being similar to the older Rider shows which were more lighthearted and episodic.

Apart from that I just felt like having a change!!

I though Kamen Rider Black (1987) was dark
(or did you mean older Rider shows before 1987?).
