FF15 What are your thoughts on FFXV: A King’s Tale?

Have you played A King’s Tale? I think it’s free for both Xbox and PS4. It seems to follow King Regis’ story when he was younger. It has a classic brawler gameplay.

What are your thoughts about it? Did you think the game is good?

No, I have not heard of this Final Fantasy game called- A King's Tale before, but it seems like a classically styled arcade brawler -but they say that Noctis is just a child in this game though.The Father is reading Noctis a bedtime story- and the story is the story of the game, which is cool- so it looks like a good game to check out !

The only reason I haven't tried this game yet is that crappy internet connection in our house. I couldn't stand waiting for games to be downloaded for a long time. This is also why I prefer the physical copy of games.

Yes it i based on classical graphics and Pyren type of the engine. The game appears to be like visual novel. And it was common among the previous games from SE. So not sure how current generation may react to this type of engines now a days everything more graphical.

You can't go wrong with A King's Tale. It's nothing special either. It provides some depth to a character that lacked development which, in turn, further expands upon the personality of Noctis and his relationship with Regis.

Despite some lazy moments of design and unnecessarily repetitive combat sequences, there's a couple of hours of fun to be had here with surprisingly good combat system and a nice presentation.
