It's a trading figure. If you buy individually, you'll get one figure randomly.
Each figure comes with a property which can be used as keychain or just display them both on included stand (in W CJ case, you'll the Cyclone Gaia Memory like the image shown). And there's also text written on the stand which are the charater's certain quote (I remember Shotaro's is "Half boiled janee! Hard boiled da!", W CJ's is "Saa, omae no tsumi wo kazoero", etc)

These things are small. I have the Urataros and Ryou-Uratarous PPP.
