So now that I finally got a credit card I thought about getting myself an henshin item since I can't seem to find any around here.

The ones from Japan are spiffy but ridiculously expensive, a nice RPM shift morpher would be plenty for me.

So I head over to Toys 'R' Us' Canadian website and check out. Sure enough its there, 15 bucks... not too bad.

Then I notice "Can be shipped to Quebec: no" and I'm like "WHAT THE HELL?!"

I head to help section to figure out why and... well ...

Certain products we carry are not permitted for sale to addresses in the Province of Quebec under the following terms of The Charter of the French Language, "Toys or games, except those referred to in section 52.1, which require the use of a non-French vocabulary for their operation are prohibited on the Quebec market, unless a French version of the toy or game is available on the Quebec market on no less favourable terms".

Found out why there's no morpher or roleplay toys on the shelves around here. BoA didn't produce a bilingual instruction manual since the Overdrive Tracker.

FOR **** SAKE! I'm ordering online!! Why the **** can't it be shipped to me!! I'm a grown adult I should be allowed to make that sort of choice for a stupid toy!

And now they've annouced they're gonna become even more strict on video games too... that's gonna suck as all hell! When it comes to my DS we'll be stuck waiting for monthes for some CRAPPY dubbed version from France filled with their horrendous slang! They better not pull this bullshit on me next time I try to order online...

Its part and parcel of laws to promote the French language. Its in decline ya know. The whole idea Ilike but this is just getting anal ya know?

I'll probably buy it off EBay yeah... I'll probably find it cheaper too --
