I dislocate my shoulder once, after a 215 pound linebacker tackled me.

It was the most excruciating pain. I do miss High School football.

So I know what you're experiencing.

my shoulder may or may not be in worse condition then originally stated.... yay... and to top it off i get to go see a bone doctor to see whether or not i need surgery.... wooooo....
