Was it worth the price?

I paid $90 U.S. ($100 Canadian) for the Complete JIBAN series with amazing DVD quality. Yes, there are some dealers out there who sell series' for this amount.

What I liked about the series was that I heard it had a Robocop style to it and it was a fairly serious series and was pretty popular in Japan.

So do you think I got ripped or is this series worth the $$$?.

I think you should make a copy of that **** and then sell it some sucker for 60 bucks. Its classic Toku, so its certainly worth 30 bucks. And it'll be cheaper than the 90 dollars this guy charged you.

You didn't get ripped off if you ask me , I've downloaded and watched two or three episodes of it (a French dub , unfortunately , like I've said before I can't seem to find many episodes of many MH series in Japanese =/ ) and it was AWESOME. *listening to the theme song right now , actually o_o; *

Maybe it was worth the price, if you find that its really hard to find the series elsewhere and also because of the amazing DVD quality. You're gonna love seeing Flashman's Dr Tokimura again.

To me, Jiban was really scary. I watched it when I was in third grade and it scared the living hell out of me for some reason.:confused2

Is there any darkness, epicness, or drama in Jiban?. I also heard the series had 3 awesome arcs.

It's a metal hero show, and it's never been subtitled. It gave someone in hollywood the idea to rip it off and make Robocop...which in turn was ripped off into a metal hero show in the 90's.
