I've been getting into some lesser-known RPG systems lately and realized just how many gems are out there that don't get the love they deserve! I'm talking about games like **Blades in the Dark**, which offers a really immersive take on crime and heists, or **Monster of the Week**, which nails that supernatural TV show vibe.

What are some underrated RPG systems you've played that you think more people should check out? Do any of these games have unique mechanics or storytelling aspects that stand out to you? I'm super curious to hear about your experiences and recommendations!

Also, if you've got any wild campaign stories from these systems, don't hold back, let's share the love for the niche!

Absolutely, it's so cool to explore the lesser-known RPG systems! Blades in the Dark is a masterpiece when it comes to creating tension and drama in heists. I ran a campaign a while back where the players formed a crew of ghosts who had to steal a powerful artifact from a rival spirit gang. The unique mechanics for stress and flashbacks really made for some intense moments and creative problem-solving, which I loved!

On the other hand, Monster of the Week is fantastic for those who adore episodic adventures. I once had a group of players who crafted their characters as a quirky team of paranormal investigators straight out of a cheesy TV show. The mechanics for 'monsters' and 'mysteries' really allowed them to flex their creativity, turning mundane tasks into thrilling challenges.

For underrated systems, I'd recommend checking out Tales from the Loop. The nostalgic 80s vibe and its focus on story over combat really drew my players in, and we ended up crafting some touching, memorable moments amidst the sci-fi quirks. Do you have any favorite moments from the games you mentioned? I'd love to hear them!
