Uma Musume Cinderella Gray is back! The Rise of Oguri Cap and the Stage for Season 2 In Season 1, we witnessed the remarkable origin of Oguri Cap. She wasn’t just any racer—she was an Uma, a Horse Girl, raised by a devoted single mom in a small town. Life wasn’t easy, but Oguri Cap carried herself with determination, proving that talent and heart can overcome humble beginnings. She became a Cinderella underdog, winning race after race, toppling rival after rival with grit, charm, and relentless speed. Yet, Season 1 ended on a bittersweet note. In the final episode, Oguri Cap fell short against Tamano Cross, leaving unfinished business that fans couldn’t stop talking about. Season 2 of Cinderella Gray picks up right where that tension left off. Not only must she face her lingering rivalry with Tamano Cross, but she is also stepping onto the global stage, prepared to challenge some of the most stylish, skilled, and unforgettable international Umas the racing world has ever seen. I get excited about new characters, but honestly, I will only really be hyped if they appear in the game. The problem is that many of these rivals, like Tony Bianca, Obey Your Master, Moonlight Lunacy, Michelle My Baby, and Ellerslie Pride, probably won’t be added. It reminds me of Broye from before. Back then, the game didn’t have the rights for Montjeu, so Broye, who was inspired by Montjeu, couldn’t be included. Once the rights for Montjeu were secured, the developers just added Montjeu itself instead of Broye. It feels like the same thing might happen with these international rivals. They can be amazing in the anime, but unless they appear in the game, a big part of the excitement won’t reach the gameplay side. I really hope they consider adding at least one or two, because the designs and personalities are really interesting, and it would be fun to race with them in-game. Otherwise, the hype stays mostly on watching the anime.

I definitely prefer Cinderella Gray over the main Uma Musume anime. It feels more like a proper shounen sports story, full of action, competition, and tension. The focus is on racing, strategy, and character growth, instead of the usual “power of friendship” and idol or slice-of-life stuff that the main series has. Watching Oguri Cap overcome rivals, face international competition, and develop her skills actually gives me the same energy I get from classic sports anime. The stakes feel real, and every race matters, which makes the victories satisfying. I like that the show respects the competitive aspect of horse racing while still making the characters relatable. Honestly, the main anime can feel too soft and repetitive, but Cinderella Gray keeps me invested in every episode. It’s exactly the kind of racing story I’ve been waiting for.

I feel excited just thinking about Season 2. Oguri Cap was already amazing in Season 1, and now she faces even bigger challenges. Each rival has a personality that feels real, and that makes the races more intense. Tony Bianca’s elegance, Obey Your Master’s unpredictability, Moonlight Lunacy’s thinking, Michelle My Baby’s strength, and Ellerslie Pride’s calm approach all make Oguri Cap’s journey feel important. I also like how the show respects real-life horses, connecting fiction and reality. It is easy to understand why so many fans are attached to the series. Watching Oguri Cap grow while facing strong rivals will make this season very emotional and inspiring.

I really enjoy watching Oguri Cap’s story continue. She was already a strong character, and now facing international rivals makes the races much more interesting. Each rival has a different personality, which adds variety. I like Obey Your Master because she seems funny and clever, always surprising her opponents. Moonlight Lunacy seems very smart, almost like she plans everything before moving. It is interesting to see how each Uma is inspired by real horses. It makes the series feel more connected to real racing, and I think it also teaches viewers about different styles and strategies. Oguri Cap has grown a lot, and now the challenges are bigger. I am excited to see how she handles the pressure, especially with new competitors who are skilled and confident. The animation and outfits also make the races visually appealing.

I am so pumped for Season 2! Oguri Cap was already amazing in Season 1, and now seeing her go up against international rivals is next level. I like that each new character has a really distinct personality—Tony Bianca is all elegance, Obey Your Master is playful, and Moonlight Lunacy seems super smart. It’s fun trying to guess who will win each race. The outfits and hair designs are also so detailed, it makes the characters feel alive. I love that the show connects to real horses too. It’s cool knowing the anime is inspired by actual racing history. Oguri Cap has grown a lot, and I’m curious to see how she handles the bigger challenges this season.

I like how the new rivals all feel different. Obey Your Master looks fun and a little cheeky, and Tony Bianca seems so confident. It’s exciting because Oguri Cap can’t just rely on being fast—she has to outthink them sometimes. I also love the attention to detail in the characters’ outfits and hair. The way they match the personalities makes them easy to remember. Season 2 looks bigger and more exciting than the first, and I’m curious to see if Oguri Cap finally beats Tamano Cross. The animation makes the races feel fast and intense. I’m just glad the show doesn’t feel boring, and it’s fun to watch every episode.

Honestly, I just want to see Oguri Cap eating. She’s supposed to be a horse, but she devours food like a pig, and it’s hilarious. Watching her at a buffet or just chowing down in the school canteen makes me laugh so much. You can almost feel the place is about to go bankrupt because she’s that fast and messy with food. It’s those little moments that make her so entertaining beyond racing.

I can’t stop laughing every time she eats. She is supposed to be this elegant Uma, and then she goes at the food like she hasn’t eaten in days. It makes sense though—horses do eat a lot in real life. The way the show exaggerates it is hilarious. Sometimes I wish they’d have a whole mini-episode just of Oguri Cap snacking and making a mess. I think it’s great that they show a silly side to her personality. It reminds you that she’s not perfect, and even a top racer has funny little habits.

Tony Bianca looks really serious and elegant, so it will be interesting to see how Oguri Cap deals with her. Moonlight Lunacy looks smart, like she thinks before moving. The outfits and hair designs are amazing too. I also like that each Uma is based on real horses—it makes me feel more connected to the races. I can’t wait to see Oguri Cap grow more and handle these new challenges. October can’t come soon enough!
