Hey, to each his own man. I loved Equilibrium and Ultraviolet. I think you'll like the scene on the rooftops, even with the somewhat cheesy camera work, 'cause the concept is awesome. But yeah, if you guys want to hate on the movies, go right ahead. I'll just kick back, enjoy them, and laugh.

It's not like it's just random flaming with no basis. Equilibrium was just a really bad movie with really bad acting and really bad ideas and really bad action. Nothing against Kurt, but he needs work. It's a good thing that he's making action movies for the action fans again (that's a rare thing nowadays), but if he's not going to put in the effort to at least make his work original or rewatchable (or visible, in Ultraviolet's case), then I'm not just going to shower him or his work with praises.

Equilibrium was on FX earlier today... It was my 2nd time watching it (watched it back in 2002). I'm a huge fan of equilibrium just for gun-kata... and if Ultraviolet has any, I'm watching it for sure.

It does. Mila's a little more fluid, or looser maybe, than Bale, so it looks a little like a different style, but it's there.

I agree with Bolt on what he thinks of Equilibrium. Especially that fuckin retarded actor Taye Diggs, that idiot is smirking through the whole movie in an emotionless society, it was like "WTF!?" He should've been executed in the beginning of the movie.
