Ultimate Avengers: the Animated Movie

Check it out.

While Japanese animated, I don't think this should really be considered anime, so I'll post it here.

Well, you should remember a lot of 1980s' cartoons were often produced in Japan whenever some could'nt be bothered

Its' a shame Marvel have a toy biz attitude to their young demographic audience....cartoons like that need to be series.

Just watched it. Huh.... I thought it was gonna be anime. Looks like a pilot to a CN Series.

Which wouldn't be too bad, but it definately doesn't look JLU quality.

O_O

Oh dang! Looks really awesome. I'm definitely gonna get DVD when it comes out next month.

I love Iron Man and The Avengers. I remember The Avengers has been aired back in late 90s from Fox Kids and I was disappointed it has been cancelled.

Ah well, but I'm getting this!:buttrock:

well it's based on the first arc of The Ultimates comic book, maybe a little of the second one too I'm not sure. I don't know if a ongoing series in in the works, but thta would be cool

The trailer is also on the Fantastic Four DVD, so that's where I saw it.
I really liked the first few arcs in The Ultimates comic, so I'll check this out when it's released. ESPECIALLY if Hulk eats people in the movie!!!

...Jap stuiff does'nt always HAVE to look like anime you know. Just look at everything they did for the Yanks in the 80s' and 90s', hell "Headmasters", the first Takara TF series, did'nt look remotley like anime at all. Neither did Armada in some regards.

Pity that it's not gonna follow the Ultimates story line too closly, no Giant Man Vs. Wasp action if you know what I mean. I read that this is supposed to be the first of 5 films based off of marvel properties.
