Trouble Viewing Rules Page For Jukebox Area

Hi.

Great forum!

I was going to post a pair of requests in the Jukebox area, but thought it would be wise to read the rules first, however I got the dreaded "Baltan, you do not have permission to access this page" message!

I used this link (from the first page of the Ultraman Music [REQ] thread) :

I read the second link they listed as "Required Reading" (and one of my requests was made earlier in the thread, but went unfulfilled) but wasn't sure if I needed to read the other link first too.

Is there anything I should know before posting, besides the obvious (being polite, patient, and grateful to anyone who responds)?
