Yes it will according to people who've seen little snippets and I hope to hell it does because the Japanese series we've been getting have all loooked really, really bad.

No. I read the same thing you did. The guy said it was similar to Teen Titans. That artwork is from the same guy who designed that series. His art doesn't look exactly like the finished product. I've seen some of his TT stuff. When it gets to the actual animation, it will look different. That is always the case.
Andrew Wildman... My favorite Transformers Artist during Marvel's time with the license. I liked Derek Yaniger too but he wound up going from the main artist to back up artist during the Generation 2 series.
As for this cartoon, that promo art does not inspire confidence. People say the Anime's are bad but it looks like gold compared to this crap. Let's see how it turns out.

Well Furman would bury the franchise because it's clear by now he just simply doesn't have many ideas anymore and has obsessions with a few TF's in particular *coughGrimlockcough*
You think so? I've been recently reading his work on IDW's Transfomers series and imo it's been excellent. A fresh take on the franchise. I was a little disappointed when I first heard IDW rebooted the comic from Dreamwave's run but now after actually reading "Infiltration" and "Escalation" it's the best thing they could've done.
I take back everything I ever said about RID, Armada, Energon, and Cybertron. They are now officially 100% better than that piece of ****. Holy ****... I'm going to go watch some Armada now, and cry that we are stuck with **** animation forever and ever.
Its still not as bad as Kiss Players Transformers. Loli and transformers really should not mix :/
This is created by the guys who did Teen Titans right? It may turn out alright. Like the movie, I will adopt a wait and see mentality. Though I will admit it may be time for the series to have a hold on the TV side of things.
Not just that, but also the guys behind that dull-as-**** popfart den "Fosters Home For Imaginery Friends" (and a lot of Optimus design is clearly influnced by the style they use), the executive producer happens to be the guy who created Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi, and the head writer is Marty Isenberg, who co-wrote some episodes of Beast Machines, a show that sadly, only gets better by the sheer fact the animes are ten times more retarded.
