Did anyone feel that having fire in certain Mario games made it too easy? In that case, a person might even avoid a weapon that otherwise would be cool. Anyway, though, the freedom of games is you don't have to use the resource. It's an option. In fact, some weaker players, maybe ones who are younger or inexperienced, might really need them - even though, it could be argued it's another "easy way cheat guide".
