Toku is Revived for Me.

you set me up for it king. now i have to say it.

Gekiranger was full of Fillers.

Umm you just described like ALL sentai. Each year, for the most part, it goes like this:

action packed first ep
episodes about the different rangers
a new weapon, super weapon, or the like
fillers
fillers
new mecha
new poer
fillers
arc
fillers
arc
etc

Geki is not anything like or dislike just about every other sentai. Saying a geki is like DBZ for having filler? You might as well say ALL sentai is like DBZ.

Geki probably could have been told in 13 episodes, it had its moments, but its definitely not a show that held my interest. Watching it a second time through feels more like a chore than something I can enjoy. Even though there are a lot of things I do like about it.

Hate Go-Onger all you like, but I really like it, I can go back and watch just about any episode and still enjoy it as much as the first time I saw it, same for Boukenger, Dekaranger, Timeranger, and any other Toku series I've liked. Shinkenger could possibly be up there, depends on how the next 5-10 episodes go.

Like I said, I'm pretty easy please, If its entertaining, has characters and stories that hold my interest I'm there.

For me it's been a pretty good stretch because I've really not found a show I've really disliked on the Toku side of things. PR on the other hand, I'm just happy both RPM and KRDK have been great series so far.

Any sentai could be told in 13 episodes. That argument doesn't hold much weight about sentai.

King. Watch the Vegeta-Freeza saga of Dragonball Z and Gekiranger at the same time and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

Gekiranger had its moments, definitely. But there were still many parts to it I didnt like. It was a show where I continued skipping the out of suit dialog and jumped right into whatever Rio and Long were doing.

Maybe you shouldn't have skipped those parts.

Gekiranger is without a doubt the best Sentai of this decade.

Gekiranger was great, mainly for Rio/ Mele... But there was a very clear similarity to DBZ- it seemed pretty obvious it was an homage to it and took a lot of inspiration from it, and even the actors joked about that on the set.
