Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Turtles in Time

Konami announced a remake of its arcade action game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Turtles in Time will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade and WiiWare (Wii version unconfirmed). The game will have the same music from the original version, but with renewed graphics.

I used to play this game all the time with my brother on the snes. I know there are some differences between the snes ver and the arcarde ver, which version is this a remake of?
