Is there a Gransazer OST anywhere besides the opening/ending single? Or does anybody know who did the music? I would kill for that crazy guitar fight music...

I only have the opening and ending tracks for Gransazer. I've yet to come across any other music from this series.

Same here. It's weird they wouldn't have a full soundtrack for thr series.
