Theories to prevent the Roidmudes Ultimate Evolution

I know all the commanders will get their Ultimate Evolution but how do think the heroes should try to prevent that from happening.

For Heart since he evolved from the Joy of Battle they could just try and avoid fighting him. Of course he would probably attack civilians to goad the Riders into a Fight.

The Ultimate Evolution has to be triggered by a specific person. Heart believes Shin is the person, whereas Chase isn't. Technically, they don't need to avoid fighting him. Shin needs to avoid fighting him.
