Although I do have sympathy for the man, I don't give a rat's ass that he was the Pope. I grew up hating catholics. My mom is an Irish protestant and we're Christian here. My Dad was in the Army and he risked his life fighting against the violent scum! He lost his best friends to them!

Hell, both Protestants and Catholics are nothing but terrorists in Ireland, freakin' trying to kill each other. Both putting children's lives in danger. Makes me sick.

Well, I've seen news reports of Catholic children being the target of attacks just for trying to walk to school though a Protestant neighborhood, so I'm sure it goes both ways.

And don't generalize all Catholics as being scum just because of what those people are doing there. Most Catholics in the rest of the world don't approve of their actions, or believe in what they are doing. The most pathetic thing about it though is both "sides" obviously fail to realize that they are both Christian.
