The WB's reason for dropping Holmes borders on the ridiculous. Nice article dude. Thanks.
Dou itashimashite, Hariken-san. :)

Basically, WB's angry because when she goes on talk shows to advertise the movie all she talks about is her fiancee.

Oh... so that's it. Yeah... I guess they do have a reason to be pissed then.

And when he uses his "fear" toxin, oooo wow. The SCREEN gets shakey! Ooo thats SOOOOO SCAREY.

 Yeah, that wasn't too impressive. What was scary was the hideous acting coming from...what's that dude's name? The one who played Falcone, Gerald from "The Full Monty." Worst fake accent I've ever heard.

I really like the Scarecrow character and I think it's disappointing that he was just a grunt in this movie. And, thanks to Japan, I've seen some androgynous guys, but Cillian Murphy just may be the most androgynous of all...he really could pass for a woman, I think.

I thought the entire movie was underwhelming. We didn't need to see Batman's origins yet again. I will say I liked it more than the personality-less Spider-man movies (why, oh why cast that marionette Tobey Maguire as the most colorful, funniest superhero of all time?), but I don't really think it's something I'd want to watch again. Too long, dull, nothing new or exciting about it. It's marketing itself as "The Batman film that will change the world and your views on Batman," but it's really just the same tired ****, different Batman actor.

Bale's Batman voice was funny, though. I don't think I was supposed to be laughing, but I was. Especially in that scene where he's on speakerphone with Rutger Hauer in the end as Bruce Wayne and the Batman voice is slipping through. Bale's Batman is somewhere between Kilmer's and Clooney's -- nothing impressive, nothing offensive.

I've also been wanting to say that I don't care for how idiotic and doofy they're making Bruce Wayne appear for the sake of keeping a "cover." Bruce Wayne never behaved in that way, the doofy idiot is Clark Kent's routine.

I think people are just into this movie because it's the new thing -- I really don't see why it's thought of as being so special otherwise. Then again I detest the Spider-man movies and people still think they're the scale to measure comic book movies.

Wow GPG... I usually agree with some of your PR reviews and whatnot but I don't agree with your BB review. Sorry you didn't like it as much as a few others.

a few others? everyones pretty much loved it. The only bad review I read was Bolts. Lol. Im defying the laws of nature dammit! Hail with storm in my house soon. p_o *gets a corn pipe and waits for the end*

anywho I strongly disagree about Bruce's father. He was always ment to be a good citizen, trying to help the city. But they took it to the extreme in this movie to where he was this perfect being who could do no wrong. But he wasnt a GOOD FATHER. I mean, dude. It wasnt human how he died. People, even good people, dont just stare at their defenseless SON as they are bleeding to death and say "its ok... its ok" I mean the kid is scared of bats and if I were the kid I would be scare shitless right there. Thats far worse than bats. Your father's dying face, calm as a whistle saying "its ok". No its not ok Mr Wayne. You are dying and a gunman is still there and can KILL YOUR SON. It's not fucking OK.

I just would have appreciated it if they made him a bit more "human" in that seen. Clutching his chest. A couple tears. Gasping, trying to protect his family more or trying not to die and leave his son all alone. What a normal human would do. I hate how they did it there. It was far from perfect.

Mostly, I loved the movie. I dont want my bitching to lead everyone to think I hated it. I looooooved Ras! He came out GREAT. Man, for the longest time I thought "why.. why is the bald guy Ras! The guy with the white mustache looks more like ras! WTF!"

I was so freaking happy during the party scene where the REAL Ghul was pleased to stand up. He was pleased indeed. *puckers up on the cornpipe* Mmmhm. And I loved the plot of the film and it played out great. It was definitely a good batman film

But another dissapointing moment? The final battle. Ok, I loved the final battle of Ghul and Batman. That was great. So why the **** did they shift focus so much? Like, we see Bats. Then see Gordon driving Bats car. Then we see a fat guy reiterating the plot to us... ok fat guy. We heard what was happening TWO TIMEs already we dont need YOU telling us again and taking away from the climatic final battle. and Im forgetful. Can someone remind me why in the HELL Gordon had to drive Batman's car over the bridge? What possible purpose was he trying to perform?

Then they threw in a few shots of the city. And the buildings. And it all just pissed me off. Sure sure, its building up suspense. (excuse my spelling. Im just ranting now and dont care) But we dont need a shot of the CITY or a fat guy telling us whats happening to get us worried, excited, or anxious! Just focus on Batman and Ghul! For the love of fucking god just focus on THEM.

FatGuy:: But if the train hits the WAyne tower then shits going to go down! omg! And if that penguin goes slower than 5 miles per hour we are all doomed! DOOMED I tells ya! The noodles are boilin in the pot BOILIN!

Psycho:: Aaagh! *throws down tickets and runs off*

I mean Burton did it right. Focus on Bats and the villain and the final battle. Dont throw in a bunch of bull **** thats just not needed. It was overkill man. But, it was still a kewl battle. Nice ending and such.

Oh well. I think the new batmans voice could use work. It obviously didnt feel natural in some scenes. but in other scenes it sounded really good.

Annnywho. Yeah. Im kewl with it peeps. I dare to be differant and complain about this movie even though it was good. I mean a Tazer. A fucking TAZER! Bull ****!

Yeah, I liked seeing the origins myself but I think it was needed so we understand where Ras Al Ghul comes from and comes into play with Bruce and his past. I like that.

I liked the Scarecrow and his actor. Im just overly pissed how he gets tazered and its over.. a TAZER! CMON! A fucking tazer! God... >_>

 yeah some scenes the voice was good. But towards the end it just started sounding too forced and really just laughable. Anyone could do that type of voice really.
