The Never Ending Story

If you guys are still into this you should try to find episodes from the Canadian TV series. I'm not sure how long it latest but I did catch an ep or 2 back in Jan of 2003 and I thought it was alright.

I used to LOVE this movie (never saw the sequals) when I was a lad. Saw it in the theater a BUNCH of times...and I remember being SOOOOOO freakin in love w/ the chick at the end (wasn't she a princess or something?). But then when we got it on VHS, my sister (who's 3 years younger than me) decided that she wanted to watch that movie EVERY FREAKIN DAY for, ****, it MUST have gone on for months!!!

Haven't seen the movie since.

Was the canadian series live action? Because I remember the short lived animated series that aired on HBO...And yes, Jack Black played the leader of "The Nasties".

I never knew this was based on a book. I might have to check it out on of these days

I saw the prop for the big dragon dog thing (Falco? I forget his name  ) in Germany of all places.

Yep Live Action.

It had an Are you Afraid of the Dark/Goosebumps type of feel to it. If that makes sense. Canadians would know exacally what I'm talking about.

Yeah, that was the Childlike Empress, played by Tami Stronach. She's a dancer now from what I've heard.

You have the most extensive knowledge of random crap I've ever seen, second only to my brother, who can still recite the Big Cheat from Turok off the top of his head. :P

I've never seen any of these movies but I just gotta say this!

Isn't it ironic that the Never Ending Story....ended? LOL!

Are you Afraid of the Dark and Goosebumps aired in America so, if anyone watched Nickalodeon (or whatever) they should know what you are talking about. Anywho, I loved Goosebumps. The books mostly. Yes.. Goosebumps were the ONLY books I could get into. Cause I was such a horror movie freak as a kid and the books were short enough and the chapters were easy for me to get through. Great stories too.
