Ultraman: Haven't seen enough.
Kamen Rider: Agito hands down.
Sentai: I'd say Wolzard Fire just because of the whole courage and infinite magic thing. But I haven't really seen that much sentai to judge.
Metal Heroes: Haven't seen any really.
Toho: Guyferd
Heroine: Rosetta
Misc: The Kagestar, he's a freakin' living shadow!
Overall: Whose to say?

Kamen Rider: RX Biorider Form
(He can shrink, turn into another physical state, has internal organs totally untouchable etc)
Sentai: Green Flash
(Since we're giving alone and not a team. The physically strongest in the team and armed with the cool Kaiser)
Metal Heros: Uchuu Keiji Gavan
(Ooba rocks and you gotta love Dol)
Toho: Nil
(Haven't seen much)
Misc: Chokou Senshi Changerion
(The Shining Attack rules!)
