Who has the most fabulous(and by fabulous I mean feminine) voice?

I only made this because I've been watching a lot of old school Pokemon lately and it made me miss old James.

I don't like either dub voice for Kojiro (MikiShin 4ever) so, I'll have to give this to Pegasus.
