The King of Fighters/Tekken - Double Talk Up! (Live action edition)

I thought KoF was ass but still better than Tekken 100x.

wow, KOF was complete trash... horrible costumes, horrible fight sequences, horrible plot... just straight garbage. The actor for Terry Bogard was just annoying.

out of KOF and Tekken, I'll give it to Tekken for it being better looking and slightly(like very miniscule) staying true to the storyline.

KOF was good IMO, but that was because I rented it along with After.life, which sucked. It was better that I only knew few details, like the names of the characters, and how one of them becomes possessed by Orochi from time to time. It felt like Tron mixed with Mortal Kombat, perhaps the only fighting game I had better knowledge of.

The King of Fighters is the Battlefield Earth of fighting game movies. It makes Tekken and DOA: Dead or Alive look like The Godfather Parts I and II. It makes Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li look like The Dark Knight. As a matter of fact, it's potentially worse than any video game movie directed by Uwe Boll.

Yes, you don't know bad cinema until you watch The King of Fighters.

On thing is for damn sure... NONE of the movies mentioned in this thread will ever compare to 1995's Street Fighter move with Jean Claude Van Damme. Say what you want about the movie, in your heart, it's just seriously epic.

On a relevant note. Tekken > KOF movie. By 2 points.

Two things in regards to the KOF film...

- Why did they get the dude from "Never Back Down" to play Kyo? He's more of Gai Tendou...IMHO:laugh:

- Terry is NOT a secret agent...Mary is...why couldn't they cast her.:sly:

- Ray Park is more of a Billy Kane...NOT Rugal Bernstein.:sly:

KOF = Tekken...on the "stupid as hell" meter.

I can't speak for Tekken, but KOF should separated the stories a bit...
