Kabuto could NEVER outrun Flash!

Well, let's think about this for a second. Unlike Accel Trial Mode, Kabuto and the rest of the Zector riders don't really have much of a time limit on their "Clock Up" modes......

So, in theory, Kabuto could keep up with Flash for a very long time

Considering he is doing a livestream for episode 300 next week that seems unlikely in the near future.

Linkara apparently jokes a lot about people asking after the status of HoPR. It was even a comedy skit in one of his reviews earlier this year. As it always has been, it's active but it's also last on his priority list. He has to make an episode per week (or more if he has con appearances coming up) of AT4W, he's just released a DVD version of the show with exclusive content, he's just announced that he's going to be making an AT4W movie (!), he makes and sells the Cybermats seen in his show, and he has other series like his Pokemon Let's Play and Longbox of the Damned. If he has any time after that, he'll sit and watch Power Rangers.

His process for making HoPR basically means he has to watch each season three times, making notes on every episode as he goes, and watch the season after it once in order to see how it might have been influenced by the one he's focusing on. THEN he sits down to write an episode script. So to do an Operation Overdrive review (which is the next one), he has to see 128 episodes (3xOO, 1xJF) before he can even start.

On the up side, he did recently do a review of MMPR The Movie The Comic.

The concept of "clock up" isn't really clear but it feels like the way it was presented...Kabuto can keep up with speed force just while doing the Kamen Rider Black walk while in clock up.

And anything in regards to Decade beating clock up without trying is another matter cause Decade is frickin Jesus.

Oh wow I did not know it was that long.:O_O:
Operation Overdrive and Jungle Fury are both 32 episodes long. He has to watch OO 3 times and JF once, so 4x32=128. Apparently he makes most of his notes during the second viewing (and is checking that they are accurate during the third), and he usually pauses the show at least once per scene while he writes them, so each episode can end up taking much longer to get through than it would have if he just sat and watched it normally. He's not only recording his thoughts and observations about the show, but basically writing out exactly what's happening as he watches it, so that when he's collecting footage later on he can flick through his notes and find the exact thing he wanted to show.

Also, he's admitted already that he really doesn't like Operation Overdrive, so the prospect of watching it three times over is probably keeping HoPR at the bottom of his to-do list.

Of course he could just slap together something in much less time, but he says he'd rather be thorough and take forever than fast and then realise he forgot or overlooked something. So we end up with over a year between episodes. :disappoin
