Orphenoch form: Shrike Orphenoch - Carl increases slightly in size. His color is dark grey, with light shades of grey located on his limbs. His head has what appears to be a beak with slits for where the eyes should be. He can grow wings for flight and can generate a lance for melee combat.
Appearance: Carl looks unusually old for his age with greying temples that contrast his blond hair, and an aged face. He has a standard build and is relatively fit for a man his age. He always wears a black business suit. His eyes are also a odd violet color, which have been this way since he was sired.
Background: Carl inherited his father's weapons business at a young age when his parents died as a result of rival sabotage. He ran the business without incident and sold weapons to the highest bidders, his buyers backgrounds not exactly shining, and attracting Smart Brain in the process. Approached with a large sum of money, he agreed to allowing Smart Brain scientists inject his daughter with Orphenoch DNA. He didn't really worry about the consequences and this, along with other factors, caused his wife to escape with Megumi.
As a way to atone for allowing his daughter to escape, he allowed himself to be sired and changed into an Orphenoch. He also allowed Smart Brain to do the tests that were meant for Megumi on himself, making him unusually powerful for a sired Orphenoch at the cost of his human physical appearance and sanity. He eventually did find where his daughter was hiding and hired Mr. J to bring her back. Hearing of his failure, Carl is currently on his way to Japan to bring her back himself.
Personality: Carl is a smooth talker and looks like a decent guy on the outside. He just uses this as a ruse to disguise his true nature. He really only cares about money and himself. He only see's his daughter as a piece of property that needs to be reclaimed and blames her for his loss of face when she escaped. Since the experiments, his egotism has intensified and his grip on sanity is on the edge. He has to take pills to keep his sanity in check.
